Daily inspection

Operation status observation: Check whether the control cabinet is running normally every day, pay attention to any abnormal noise, vibration, etc., in order to detect potential problems in a timely manner.

Checking of indicator components: Check the operation of ammeters, voltmeters, indicator lights, etc. during each shift to ensure accurate reflection of the equipment's operating status.


Regular maintenance

Component and Circuit Inspection: Regularly conduct comprehensive inspections of all components, parts, and circuits of the control cabinet to check for any damage, aging, or other phenomena. Tighten all types of components and bolts for all wiring, replace damaged spring washers, and ensure the stability of the connection. Switch and contactor inspection: After turning off the power supply of the control cabinet, check whether the internal switches and contactors are damaged. If there are uneven electric shocks, they need to be replaced. Disconnect the main power supply of the control cabinet and check whether the operation of each conversion switch, start and stop button is flexible and reliable.

Maintenance related to electronic components: Cleaning and desoldering inspection, checking whether the current components are clean and whether there is any desoldering phenomenon in the components. When the control power is turned on, use a multimeter to check if the input voltage on the electronic component control board is normal.

Capacitor inspection: Check all capacitors inside the control cabinet. If there is any leakage or swelling, they need to be replaced. Identification and appearance maintenance: Check whether all indicator signs and wire end signs are clear, repair the paint peeling parts, and clean the outer surface of the control cabinet.


Maintenance after specific faults

Special frequency converter control fault: When the control cabinet indicator light shows a fault, check the frequency converter code to obtain detailed fault information and take corresponding measures to repair or solve the fault.

Contactor control failure: If the fault light is on, it may be due to the tripping of the thermal relay protecting the motor. Check and clean up the cause of motor overload, solve the overload problem, and press the restart button of the thermal relay to reset.
