Product Introduction

Control method: VVVF vector control is adopted, and variable adjustment of voltage and

frequency is achieved through PWM control, which is suitable for driving AC asynchronous

motors to achieve stepless speed regulation.

Power output waveform: The power output waveform is similar to a sine wave and is

suitable for driving AC asynchronous motors. It has a high degree of sine and reduces

insulation damage to cables and motors.

Output cable length: The output cable length can reach up to 1000 meters. The motor

does not need to be downgraded and can be directly used for the renovation of old

equipment. At the same time, the harmonic loss of the motor is greatly reduced, eliminating

the mechanical vibration caused by it and reducing the mechanical stress on the bearings

and blades.

Communication method: Multi channel fiber optic communication technology is used

between the controller and the power unit, and the low-voltage and high-voltage parts

are completely reliably isolated. The system has high security and good anti electromagnetic

interference performance.

Application scope: Suitable for industries such as steel, electricity, refrigeration, aerospace

tobacco, water treatment, power transmission and transformation, construction, factories, etc.

Technical parameters: Rated voltage of 690V, supply voltage range of 2.4-10KV, suitable

motor power of 200kW~10000kW, rated current of 10A, external dimensions of

300x15x150mm, protection level of IP2.

Other functions: It has a "star drift" function, which can temporarily bypass and reduce

the rated operation when one of the units fails, maintain the effective amplitude of the

output voltage, and adjust the voltage balance of the three-phase output lines to ensure

the continuous and safe operation of the frequency converter to the maximum extent
