Working principle and speed regulation scheme

The C98043-A7002-L4 power board controls the equipment by adjusting the speed of the DC motor. Its

working principle is as follows:

Power Conversion: Convert AC power into two output DC power sources, one supplying the excitation

stator of the DC motor and the other supplying the armature of the DC motor

Feedback regulation: Adjust the speed of a DC motor by controlling the armature DC voltage. The DC motor

provides feedback current to the speed controller, which determines the motor speed based on the feedback

current and adjusts the armature voltage output if necessary to regulate the motor speed

Speed regulation scheme: Common speed regulation schemes include changing the armature voltage

changing the excitation winding voltage, and changing the armature circuit resistance. Among them, the

most commonly used is the voltage and speed regulation system
