1、 Voltage measurement method: Measuring voltage is the basic method for repairing industrial touch all-in-one machines and is often used in practice. It

mainly measures the working voltage of circuits and components to identify the faulty parts and components

Make a judgment. Voltage measurement can be divided into two categories: measuring AC voltage and measuring DC voltage.

Measuring AC voltage is to use the AC voltage value of a multimeter to measure the AC voltage value of the industrial touch all-in-one machine power supply.

Of course, a capacitor with a sufficient withstand voltage of around 0.1 μ F can also be connected in series to the multimeter for measurement

The AC part of the field scanning output circuit, line scanning output circuit, video amplification circuit, and other components. Use a multimeter to check its AC

voltage, and then compare it with the measured value under normal conditions, in order to

Determine if the circuit is functioning properly.

2、 Current measurement method: Measuring current is one of the fundamental methods for repairing industrial touch all-in-one machines. It is mainly used to

measure the load current and operating current of transistors and integrated circuit blocks, in order to detect integrated circuits

Whether the transistor and its power load are normal, etc. As long as the measured load current of the transistor or integrated circuit is normal, it can be concluded

that the working state of the circuit is basically normal. On the contrary, if its current is different from normal

If there is a significant change in the value, it indicates that there is a problem with the circuit, and targeted measures can be taken to conduct a thorough inspection.

3、 Observation method: Use the eyes to directly observe whether the components are burned, damaged, deformed, discolored, broken, and whether the cathode

ray tube filament lights up after the current is connected. These problems are often the location of the fault or closely related to the fault

By identifying the relevant issues, one can quickly determine the problem and find the corresponding solution.

4、 Resistance measurement method: Measuring resistance is one of the fundamental methods for repairing industrial touch all-in-one machines. It is mainly

divided into two types of measurements: one is to measure the ground resistance value of the integrated machine circuit and components, and the other is to measure

Measure the resistance value of the component itself. Measuring the resistance to ground at the output terminal of a circuit can determine whether the load

of the circuit is normal. For example, when measuring the ground resistance value of the output terminal of a regulated power supply, if the load resistance

If there is a significant change, the resistance to ground at the output end of the regulated power supply will inevitably have a significant change, which can

easily determine the location of the fault. When measuring the ground resistance of each pin of a transistor or integrated circuit block

When measuring the value, it is necessary to measure its forward and reverse resistance. Usually, the resistance value measured when the negative probe is

grounded is the forward resistance, while the resistance value measured when the positive probe is grounded is of course the reverse resistance. This can be rooted

By comparing the measured resistance value with the normal resistance value, the fault can be identified.

When the specific location of the fault cannot be clearly determined, the transistor or integrated circuit block can be removed, and the forward and reverse

resistance values between each pin of the transistor and the forward and reverse resistance values between each pin of the integrated circuit block and the ground pin can be measured

The resistance value can also roughly determine the quality of a transistor or integrated circuit block.

5、 Knocking method: This is also an effective method for repairing industrial touch all-in-one machines, especially for faults caused by virtual soldering and poor

contact. The method is to use an insulator, such as a wooden stick, with or without electricity

In this case, by gently tapping and pressing on the parts that may have problems, it is easier to detect faults such as virtual soldering and poor contact.

6、 Replacement method: Replacement method is a practical and fast maintenance method. When you can't pick up a component on time, you can replace it first

and replace it with a good component. If the fault is eliminated, it proves the original yuan

There is a problem with the device. Especially for some components that are difficult to measure, this should be the case. Such as high-voltage packages (internal

winding short circuits), high-voltage silicon stacks (poor internal insulation, poor rectification characteristics, etc.), and some capacitors and resistors.

7、 Cold and hot method: This is a very effective method, especially for some components with poor thermal stability and severe heat generation. When an abnormal

temperature rise is detected in a certain component, it can be used

Dip pure alcohol into a cotton ball and apply it to the surface of the component to cool it quickly. The principle is the same as the water-cooled cooling method in

hardware overclocking. After cooling down, turn on the machine again. If the previous malfunction is significantly reduced or eliminated

If it is lost, it can be preliminarily judged that the component has thermal failure or has problems, and it can be replaced. The heating method is complementary

to the cooling method. When poor thermal stability of components is found, the cooling method is ineffective

In this case, we can use soldering iron or hair dryer to heat the suspected component appropriately, and then turn it on to observe. If we find that the previously

unclear fault has worsened, we can proceed with the component Focus on inspecting the item and even replace it.

8、 Touch temperature method: Directly touch the temperature of the suspected component with your hand to quickly identify the problem. This method is mainly

used to check for abnormalities in components such as electrolytic capacitors, transformers, transistors, etc

Identify problems based on abnormal temperature changes, temperature increases, and other phenomena. Remember to perform this method only when there is a

power outage to ensure safe operation.

9、 Interference method: Under amateur conditions, using interference method for maintenance is also a common method. The method is to use a screwdriver or

other object to contact the input terminal of the circuit, and input human body induction signals or collisions

The physical clutter generated at that time. Used to check video, intermediate frequency and other circuits, and based on the noise response on the industrial touch

all-in-one machine display screen, it can basically determine whether the circuit is working properly. Its inspection

The sequence should be from the back to the front, and if there is no clutter response at any level, the problem can be detected with emphasis.
