the integration of IT and OT technologies as an opportunity, Siemens has launched the Smart Park Management Platform SCX, which covers numerous 

functional modules such as energy management, asset operation and maintenance, work order operation and maintenance, building automation, access 

management, and even investment management. It also integrates fire and security systems to achieve comprehensive data exchange and sharing. In 

addition, with the help of AI technology and big data analysis, Siemens Smart Park Management Platform SCX can intelligently process data and provide 

users with accurate and dynamic data charts.

In this project, by deploying the smart energy carbon management platform Smart ECX, the industrial park has achieved real-time monitoring of 

energy consumption data, clear carbon emission footprints, controllable energy waste points, and sustainable energy management and control systems. 

In terms of building control, smart building automation systems intelligently manage lighting, air conditioning, curtains, and other equipment in office areas 

to minimize energy consumption. Thanks to the overall solution of Siemens low-carbon smart park and the application of various energy control systems, the 

expected energy consumption and carbon emissions of the park have been reduced by about 45%, and the emergency response speed has been improved 

by about 35% while reducing the configuration of property and security personnel in the park.

Siemens is replicating these successful smart low-carbon solutions to more industrial parks, achieving a "fission" from 1 to N. At present, Siemens has also

planned and delivered the Siemens Smart Park Management Platform SCX for the Taicang Zhihui Valley Smart Park. These successful cases are like sparks

Rockmeisen (Jinan) Factory

From manufacturing factories to smart parks, Siemens' practices are flourishing everywhere. Siemens provides a full range of vertical zero carbon smart factory technology solutions at the first zero carbon smart factory in Shandong Province - the Rockmeisen (Jinan) factory, realizing load scheduling for factory production and office energy consumption, coordinated control of photovoltaic power generation and electricity consumption, carbon emission data analysis and monitoring, etc. After the completion of the factory, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 600 tons annually through the construction of new energy and the application of digital scenarios, achieving 100% carbon offset from renewable energy.
