The gearbox housing is made of cast iron. If specified, the casing can also be made of steel.

The standard version of the gear device housing has the following features:

• Connection point of mobile gear device

Check and assemble the cover for inspection and refueling

Oil level observation window or oil level indicator, used to check the oil level

Oil drain screw for changing engine oil

Air filters or wet air filters used for ventilation and deflation

Model Description:

As needed, the gear unit can be equipped with the following cooling devices:

• Cooling coil

Installation type oil supply system with oil-water cooler

• Independent fuel supply system

When installing the gear unit, ensure that the convection on the surface of the housing is not obstructed to protect the gear unit from overheating

According to the order specifications, splash lubrication can be supplemented or replaced with pressure lubrication, namely:

• Higher rolling contact bearing speed

• High circumferential speed of gears

Through pressure lubrication, the rolling contact bearings and gears located above the oil level are fully supplied with oil through pipelines.

For gear units with oil supply systems, all monitoring devices must be connected and functionally tested before debugging.
