A temperature transducer refers to a sensor that can sense temperature and convert it into a usable output signal. The temperature 

sensor is the core part of temperature measuring instruments, and the common types of temperature sensors currently include:


Thermocouple: A thermocouple is a sensor composed of two different metals that uses the electromotive force generated by the temperature 

changes of the two metals to measure temperature. It has a wide temperature measurement range and good high-temperature resistance, suitable 

for measurement in high-temperature environments.


Thermistor (RTD): A thermistor is a type of resistance element whose resistance value changes with temperature. Common thermistor materials 

include platinum (Pt100, Pt1000) and nickel (Ni100, Ni1000). Thermistors have high accuracy and linearity, and are suitable for a wide temperature range.


Silicon Carbide Sensor: Silicon carbide sensors use the resistance characteristics of silicon carbide materials to measure temperature. It has high 

temperature resistance and low heat capacity, making it suitable for high-temperature measurement and rapid response applications.


Thermistor: Thermistor is a temperature sensitive resistive element whose resistance value changes with temperature. The commonly 

used materials for thermal resistance include nickel copper (NiCu) and platinum rhodium (PtRh). Thermal resistors have high precision and 

high sensitivity, making them suitable for precise measurement and temperature control fields.


Infrared Temperature Sensor: Infrared temperature sensors use infrared radiation to detect the surface temperature of a target object. It is 

suitable for non-contact temperature measurement and can be used to measure the temperature of high temperatures, moving objects, or 

objects that cannot be directly contacted.


These sensors can be widely used in fields such as industrial control, temperature monitoring, automation systems, medical equipment

home appliances, and environmental monitoring, for precise measurement and monitoring of temperature changes.
